This February, District C will select 16 of its highest-potential alumni for a special All Stars problem-solving cycle. Four squads of diverse students from all over the Triangle will propose solutions to your business problems.

All Stars Program Structure

On Saturday February 2nd, these All Star Squads meet with your company representatives to understand a real problem impacting your business.

Over the course of the next 3 weeks and with support from expert District C coaches, the All Star Squads work together online to design a solution to your problem.

On Monday evening February 25th, the All Star Squads pitch their solutions to your company representatives in front of a live audience of community members and stakeholders.

You Provide

  • Title sponsorship — $20,000

  • Two real and urgent business problems that need solving

  • Four company representatives (two teams of two) who are passionate about engaging with the community — total time commitment is 5 hours over the month of February

    • 1 hour: Meet with District C to identify and define a real business problem and any relevant data or resources

    • 1.5 hours: On Launch Day, attend a student-led launch meeting and answer questions about you, your business, and the problem

    • 1 hour: Attend two 30-minute online meetings, scheduled at your convenience, to hear student ideas and offer feedback

    • 1.5 hours: On Pitch Night, hear solution pitches from All Star squads, ask questions, and workshop their ideas

  • Opening remarks on Pitch Night from a senior leader who can share perspectives on talent and talent development, especially as it relates to working in diverse teams to solve complex problems
