All Stars Program Structure
Title sponsorship — $20,000
Two real and urgent business problems that need solving
Four company representatives (two teams of two) who are passionate about engaging with the community — total time commitment is 5 hours over the month of February
1 hour: Meet with District C to identify and define a real business problem and any relevant data or resources
1.5 hours: On Launch Day, attend a student-led launch meeting and answer questions about you, your business, and the problem
1 hour: Attend two 30-minute online meetings, scheduled at your convenience, to hear student ideas and offer feedback
1.5 hours: On Pitch Night, hear solution pitches from All Star squads, ask questions, and workshop their ideas
Opening remarks on Pitch Night from a senior leader who can share perspectives on talent and talent development, especially as it relates to working in diverse teams to solve complex problems
