These are some of the best teachers in the Triangle. They have opted into the District C Coaching Institute because they are self-improvers, always looking for ways to do more, get better, and go deeper. They are collaborators and problem solvers. They embrace new ideas and approaches, especially ones that challenge traditional boundaries. Most important, they understand the urgency of preparing their students with the flexible mindsets needed to succeed in the future of work. They are the most critical part of the District C movement.
Over the course of one academic year, these Coaching Fellows will participate in 100+ hours of training as they prepare to implement the District C model back at their schools.
