Coaching Institute Application
When we receive your application, we will reach out to schedule a 15-minute online conversation to answer any questions you might have. Each schedule option listed below consists of the following three phases:
PHASE 1: DO it — Work on a team with other educators to solve a real problem for a real business.
PHASE 2: SEE it — Complete video observations and debriefs. Observe recorded sessions of student teams and experienced coaches in action, and then debrief your observations with other Coaching Fellows and a District C coach.
PHASE 3: Certification Assessment — Earn District C certification by completing an online assessment with members of the District C team.
Summer 2024 Coaching Institute
Location: Live online using Zoom
PHASE 1: DO it
Monday 6/17 – Friday 6/21 (skips 6/19 for Juneteenth)
9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET
PHASE 2: SEE it
6/24-6/28
Video observations on your own time (2 hrs per day)
Daily Debriefs: 11:15 am – 12:00 pm ET
PHASE 3: Certification Assessment
75-minute session scheduled at your convenience between 6/28 and 7/19.

Fall 2024 Coaching Institute
Location: Live online using Zoom
PHASE 1: DO it
Launch: Mon 10/7, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm ET
Team Meetings (select one cohort during registration):
–Cohort A: Tues/Wed/Thurs, 10/8 – 10/29, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm ET
–Cohort B: Tues/Wed/Thurs, 10/8 – 10/29, 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm ET
Pitch Event: Wed 10/30, 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
PHASE 2: SEE it
11/7 – 12/5
Video observations on your own time (2 hrs per week)
–Cohort A: Weekly debriefs on Thursdays, 4:00 – 5:00pm ET
–Cohort B: Weekly debriefs on Thursdays, 5:00 – 6:00pm ET

75-minute session scheduled at your convenience between 12/4 and 12/20.

Spring 2025 Coaching Institute
